Hi ladies,
Did anyone get anything done for the Halloween contest?! The due date was yesterday and I didn't see any entries. Oh well, I guess it was too short of notice.

We'll do a secret santa for Christmas, and we'll be sure to leave more time for that, but until then there's nothing planned. Feel free to comment/note the club if you have any ideas for things we could do, or if you want to submit and lez-themed pictures to our gallery :]

Hi ladies!
~knight-owl here, and I have to start out by saying that both ~Effulgently and I apologize for dropping the ball on moderating this community lately. Sorry

HOWEVER. ~Effulgently and I have been talking and we have a few ideas up our sleeves for this community. First of all, a Halloween contest!!!

The contest is to draw anything Halloween themed with our mascot, Freya. You can draw her in a Halloween costume, or draw her as a zombie, or whatever Halloween themed image you can think of! Feel free to put your own characters in the picture as well

The winner will get a picture drawn by me, as well as have their entry as the gallery feature here for a while. The deadline will be Wednesday October 28th, so ~Effulgently and I can get them judged by Halloween. If there are a ton of entries we'll have 2nd place, etc, as well.

Judging will be based on the idea and the effort put into the piece :]

Also, if any of you have any pictures you'd like submitted to the gallery then feel free to note them to the club, and if you have any ideas for the club I'd love to hear those too.

A little late, but meaningful nonetheless, ~LezzieFurs Secret Santa '08 is now (more or less) over! All submitted artworks HAVE been uploaded.

There are still a few artists who haven't turned in their artwork yet and, consequently, there are a few artists who have yet to receive their Secret Santa gift. If you are one such person, please PM the club to find out who your Secret Santa was, then you can harass them without mercy to get what's rightfully yours.

~rabid-fluff had a great idea that I just couldn't pass up.

I don't think the holiday fun should stop at Secret Santa. I've decided to run a side contest, just for the fun of it.

Here's the deal: Freya the Mascot LOVES the holidays. Just loves them. Unfortunately, her gear just lacks that holiday spirit.

Fortunately for her, we've got a club full of artists and admirers who have the know-how to dress her up right.

So what are we gonna do?

DRESS-UP CONTEST!

What to do:
Dress Freya up in a holiday outfit. Anything you can imagine.

What do I get?
A fully-colored piece of digital art from ~Effulgently (more examples at ~sorrowisapanther)

How do I join this contest?
Send the club a note with a link to the deviation and you'll automatically be entered into the contest.

When does the contest end?
Submissions will be closed on Christmas Eve. The winner will be decided by vote, and voting will end on New Years Eve.

So? Get to designing, kids!
